- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures — to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our website and services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations — to comply with applicable laws, including tax, financial, and telecommunications regulations applicable to the underlying operating entities.
- Consent — where required, including for any future use of marketing communications channels that require opt-in.
5. Third-party service providers
We share personal data with the following service providers, all contractually obligated to process personal data only on our instructions and for the purposes we specify:
- Render — application hosting and API infrastructure for our backend services and chatbot proxy.

- Google Fonts — third-party font delivery (font files served from Google's CDN). When you load this website, your browser makes a request to Google's font servers, which may receive your IP address as part of standard HTTP request metadata.
- 3CX — live-chat and telephony platform used to handle real-time human handoffs from the chatbot during business hours.
- Netlify — static-site hosting and content delivery network for this website.
We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisors, in response to valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
6. We do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising
We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not share personal data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-1303(20), (23)) or similar state laws. Because we do not engage in these activities, we do not maintain a "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data submitted through this website for twenty-four (24) months from the date of last contact, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, except where:
- A longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, or telecommunications recordkeeping obligations);
- The data is part of an active customer relationship under a contract with Nexus Pay, LLC or Interstellar I.S., LLC;
- The data is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Chatbot conversation logs are retained for 90 days for service-quality and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted.
8. Your rights under the Colorado Privacy Act

We do not engage in (i) or (ii). We do not currently engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- Right to appeal — to appeal a refusal to take action on a rights request.

We will respond within 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension where reasonably necessary, as permitted under C.R.S. § 6-1-1306(2). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. If we deny your request, you may appeal that denial. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General to submit a complaint.
