How the model works

Nexus Pay, LLC operates as an independent sales organization (sub-ISO) in the merchant payment-processing industry. We do not directly process payments. Instead, we have sponsor-bank and processor relationships through which we place merchant accounts. When a merchant engages us:

All commercial relationships are with the applicable operating LLC (Nexus Pay, LLC or Interstellar I.S., LLC). Each LLC maintains its own books, insurance, sponsor-bank or supplier-agency relationships, and compliance posture.
