1. Conformance standard

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines a set of requirements for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, and cognitive disabilities.

2. Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with appropriate landmarks (<header>, <main>, <nav>, <footer>)
• Descriptive ARIA labels on interactive elements (aria-label, aria-expanded, aria-live)
• Keyboard accessibility for navigation, forms, and chatbot interactions
• Visible focus states on interactive elements
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background, with continued review
• Responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error feedback
• Reduced-motion support: animations respect prefers-reduced-motion system preferences
• The animated network sphere on the home page degrades gracefully when reduced motion is preferred

3. Known limitations

This website is in active development. We provide the following honest disclosure of areas where conformance may be incomplete:

• Decorative typography uses extreme font weights and tight letter-spacing for visual emphasis. Where these elements convey information, we work to ensure semantic markup carries the meaning regardless of styling.
• Iconographic glyphs (such as ◎, ◈, ◇, ✦, ✓) are used decoratively. Where these glyphs are within interactive elements, accompanying text labels are provided.
• The chatbot widget is keyboard-accessible and screen-reader-compatible, but real-time AI-generated responses may occasionally produce content that is harder to parse with assistive technology. If you encounter such an issue, please contact us — we will respond manually.
• Third-party content loaded into this website (e.g., Google Fonts, the 3CX live-chat widget when invoked) is delivered by third parties whose accessibility we do not directly control.

We are committed to addressing identified accessibility issues in subsequent releases.

4. Assessment approach

• Internal review using accessibility-focused development practices
• Periodic automated testing using widely available accessibility evaluation tools
• Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing on representative pages

We do not currently publish a formal third-party Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for this website. Such reports may be commissioned in a future phase.

6. Compatibility

Older browsers and assistive technologies may not fully support modern web standards used on this website.
